Twenty-Five
Year Limited Warranty
Terms:
Advanced Electronics, Inc. warrants, to the original owner,
for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of
retail purchase that if its product ceases to properly
function as a direct result of any electrical anomaly,
including lightning, Advanced
Electronics, Inc. will repair or replace the product without
charge, subject to the terms and conditions set forth
herein. The warranty period for repaired or replacement
products shall be only the remaining portion of the original
limited warranty. Any defect appearing more than twenty-five
(25) years from the date of delivery to purchaser shall
be deemed to be due to ordinary wear and tear.
Non-Transferable:
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser (end
user) for use in the fifty United States or Canada and
is non-transferable.
Conditions:
This warranty is valid only when the warranty card is
completed, by the original owner, and returned to Advanced
Electronics, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the original
purchase date. If in the sole subjective opinion of Advanced
Electronics, Inc. the product has been modified, altered,
tampered with, misused or misapplied or repaired by any
entity other than Advanced Electronics, Inc., or subjected
to abuse, the warranty is void.
Obtaining
Performance under Warranty: FOR THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT. As a condition precedent to Advanced Electronics,
Inc.'s performance pursuant to the warranty, Purchaser
must return the product within the warranty period FOB
Advanced Electronics, Inc.'s place of business in Chattanooga,
Tennessee. Please call (800) 525-0629 for warranty return
procedures or go to "Home Page" and click on
"Return Authorization" for further instructions.
User shall ship the product along with a proof of purchase
to Advanced Electronics, Inc., freight pre-paid.
